Brazil - Rio de Janeiro

You can tourism in Rio de Janeiro without fear? In 30 seconds you can imagine a dozen destinations safer. But how many of them will be more interesting, more vibrant, more spectacular? Very few. A unique aspect of Rio's favelas is the proximity to areas of greatest interest of the city, symbolizing the strong social inequality, characteristic of Brazil . Some neighborhoods, luxury and Sao Conrado, home to the favela of Rocinha are "squeezed" between the beach and mountains. In the slums, public education and health system deficient or absent, coupled with saturation of the prison system, contributing to the intensification of social injustice and poverty.

Copacabana

Copacabana is one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Located in the southern city, Copacabana has at its periphery about 150,000 people from all social classes and shaped beach with a half moon and is dubbed Princess of the Sea because of its poetic aura, famous since the 1930s , 1940 and 1950. Neighborhood of bohemian glamor and wealth, Copacabana gave rise to many songs, books, paintings and photographs, turned tourist reference of Brazil.

Leblon and Ipanema

The most expensive square meter of Brazil is here, in these two neighborhoods separated by the channel of the Garden of Allah and united in almost everything else in the charming streets, the quality of trade and the fascination they exert on the locals and visitors. Not satisfied with having the best beach in the Zona Sul, Ipanema and Leblon also take the opportunity to enjoy the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.

You could say that Ipanema is better for walking, hiking, see the trade and go to the beach. The Leblon is better to live, to see celebrities in the "boardwalk" and have a beer after the beach.
