Búzios attracts many Brazilian and foreign visitors, with its natural beauty and a unique climate that combines simplicity and sophistication. The official name is Armacao de Buzios , which was inherited from the period when it was used for whaling in the eighteenth century.

In Buzios there is a huge number of beaches with diverse formats, ranging from the famous to the virtually deserted, all with emerald-green to blue sky. The Brava beach, as its name, has big and good waves for surfing. There are also natural pools or places for diving, as Ferradurinha, Azeda and Azedinha. For those who like to have a small nudist beach Eye of Ox, which is hidden by huge rocks.
