At this point, most hotels with a different design is no longer a novelty - just making overexposure to the avant-garde designer more common. There are always, however hotels willing to go a little further, as the Propeller Island City Lodge.

The hotel is in Berlin apartment building in a modified, on the Kurfürstendamm, sharing space with the Art Gallery of Propeller Island, although it is hard to tell where one ends and another begins. The rooms are more venues than hotel rooms, except that each has a bed inside and locks the door. Except that, it varies - some graphics are stunning, others almost comically minimalist, and still others seem to experience a psychological, as the rooms upside down, where part of the furniture is fastened to the ceiling and guests sleep in compartments located under the the floor.

Coffins instead of beds, sacks of potatoes instead of pillows, anything goes. Of course this is not a hotel for people more conservative. Elesnem would even understand the concept of service: the reception is only open in the morning, and entries after this time must be scheduled and on request by phone. The tradition is completely out of place, here you'll see things never seen in any other hotel.
