lake-bled

The Lake Bled in Slovenia is a lake of glacial origin with ideal dimensions, 2120 meters long, 1380 wide and a maximum depth of thirty meters. To compose an idyllic postcard size, we have an island that thrives in the middle of Lake Bled, appropriately decorated with greenery, a church topped by a bell tower that cuts the sky in day light and a medieval castle (the country's oldest, dating 1011), which houses a museum, a restaurant, a cellar, a chapel and stunning views of the lake and filled with snow peaks of the Julian Alps.

The season that attracts more visitors to Lake Bled is the summer when the blue waters of the lake rivaling the sky color and contrast with the surrounding greenery, but over the winter this authentic fairy tale becomes a Christmas story , posted a scenario painted completely white.
