The restaurant Noma, located in central Copenhagen , won the distinction for the best restaurant for the second consecutive year.
The restaurant is famous for Danish Nordic specialties prepared by chef Rene Redzepi's. The list of best restaurants in the world was released earlier this week and Noma immediately received over 100,000 requests for early booking.
The famous Spanish restaurant El Bulli leaves to join the list of winners. We recall that over the last decade Restaurant magazine chose the restaurant in Catalonia, and the kitchen prepares the team of chef Ferran Adriá, as "The Best in the World" five times. The El Buli in Girona, closed doors in July to make way in 2014, a Foundation for Research dining and creative cuisine.
The jury of 50 best restaurants in the world is composed of a panel with 837 elements, including celebrity chefs, culinary journalists and columnists, and other specialists.
It is the tenth year that Restaurant magazine promotes this contest. Highlight for five restaurants New York that make up the list.
Restaurant Vila Joya , in Praia da Gale, Albufeira, only appears in the list of world's top 100 in 79th place.
