Browse the Lakes Region of Chile , anchored on the north by Temuco and Puerto Montt in the south, and a rare find pristine beauty. The region owes its name to the magical lakes scattered through it, with its extensive blue waters at the foot of giant volcanoes.

Picturesque villages, squares and dotted with the spiers of churches built by the German communities who have settled here in the nineteenth century and dominate the margins are romantic stopping points.

There are trails to sandy beaches, volcanic black and beautiful white sand on the lake, which surround lush forest on the way. A walk along the sand, barefoot, in forest green and smoky dramatic peaks, inspires a childish joy, a sense of communion with nature that intensifies when plunged into hot water and rich in minerals.

This feeling of being in a primitive and savage emphasis is on the slopes overlooking the volcanic lakes. There are roads that lead to mountain spa where you can relax in hot springs. Horse riding on these slopes show virgin forest with hidden waterfalls, murmuring streams and groves of ancient pines of Chile .
